Radiance Magnesium Powder is a highly bioavailable, quick acting magnesium powder.
Magnesium, a mineral required for several hundred functions in the body, is especially important for muscle and nerve function, normal blood pressure and heart rhythm, healthy immune function, bone density, healthy blood glucose levels and is involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
A deficiency in magnesium can result from high levels of stress, mineral deficiencies in New Zealand soils and a diet high in refined foods and lacking in food sources of magnesium (nuts, seeds, whole-grains, green foods).
Magnesium is also an ideal supplement for athletes and those who exercise regularly – it acts as an electrolyte, helping the balance of fluid in the cells and around them and is used in muscle contraction and relaxation. Magnesium is rapidly used up during exercise. Magnesium taken post aerobic workout has shown to reduce cortisol and its damaging inflammatory effects.
Ingredients
Active ingredients per teaspoon:
Magnesium (citrate, amino acid chelate, aspartate) 250mg
Also contains sorbitol, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, thaumatin, natural lime flavour.
No gluten, dairy, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.
Directions
Adults - Take 1 heaped teaspoons (5g) daily stirred into 200ml of water.
Can be taken before bed to support deep restful sleep.
Warnings
Excessive dosing may cause temporary diarrhoea.
