100% vegetarian. Cellulose, sodium starch glycollate, starch, povidone, crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, silica, magnesium stearate, coating, carnauba wax. No added dairy, gluten, artificial preservatives or flavours.
Directions
Take 1-2 tablets twice a day with water before or with meals. Initially to be taken for a period of at least 2 weeks, or as directed by your healthcare professional, then followed with a maintenance dose.
Maintenance dose: 1 -2 tablets a day.
Warnings
If you suffer from constipation, please ensure you hydrate well and drink at least another glass of water with each dose. Best taken two hours away from other medications. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
