Green Tea extract also contains high levels of L-Theanine. L-Theanine is a unique amino acid that produces a noticeable relaxation effect in humans. Because Green Tea contains caffeine, a small amount of caffeine is present in this product: 6.8mg per serve or 1.1mg per gram of product. This caffeine level is similar to that in decaf coffee. This should have no impact on the product’s relaxation effect, and will only be of concern to those who are very sensitive to caffeine.

Directions
