Nordic Naturals Arctic-D Cod Liver Oil was developed for people who want the benefits of DHA, EPA and natural vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is the natural form of vitamin D produced by the body, and is better absorbed and utilized than other forms.
Nordic Naturals uses 100% Arctic Cod livers. Arctic Cod (Skrei) has the higheste DHA content of any cod species. On average, Nordic Naturals Cod Liver Oil delivers over 125mg more DHA per serving than other Cod Liver Oil products. Each teaspoon provides approximately 1260mg of the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, generously fulfilling the daily recommendation of a minimum of 500mg per day.

Directions
Adults - Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
