NaturoPharm Arnica 30c assists the body's natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise, after trauma or surgery.

Ingredients

Liquid 20ml - Arnica Montana 30c, Purified water, 11% Alcohol Tablet 130

Tabs - Arnica Montana 30c, Lactose tablets (gluten free) 

Directions

Liquid

Acute: Use 4 drops per dose orally at 15 min intervals for up to 6 doses, (if required) then 3 times a day as required.

Chronic: Use 4 drops per dose orally 3 times a day as required

Tablets:

Acute: Suck then chew 2 tablets per dose at 15 min. intervals for up to 6 doses (if required), then 3 times a day as required.

Chronic: Suck then chew 2 tablets per dose 3 times a day as required.
