Directions for Use

You can apply it directly to your skin or mix it with other oils for added benefits. Hair conditioner: Castor oil can help nourish and strengthen hair, preventing breakage and promoting hair growth. Apply it to your hair and scalp, and leave it on for at least an hour before washing it off.

For internal use, take 1 to 2 teaspoons of My Detoxify Castor Oil daily, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare professional.

For external application, massage a small amount onto the skin or scalp and leave it on for several hours before rinsing.
