Musashi Plant Protein Blend (86%) (Pea Protein Isolate (82%), Brown Rice Protein Concentrate (3%), Chia Protein (0.5%)), Natural Flavours, Soluble Corn Fibre (3%), Cocoa Powder, Amino Acids (L-Glutamine (2%), BCAAs (1%) (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine)), Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder (0.5%), Salt, Natural Sweeteners (Thaumatin, Steviol Glycosides), Enzyme (0.2%) (Papain).

Directions

HOW - Add 32g (1 scoop) to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

WHEN - PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

DAILY - Can be added to water, smoothies or food as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days. Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
