Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet:
Guaiphenesin 1200mg

Contains Brilliant Blue (E133).

Does not contain sugar, gluten or artificial sweeteners.

Directions

Swallow tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break tablet.

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet every 12 hours.

Warning

Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Do not give to children under 12 years of age.

Do not take with other products for the relief of colds, flu or cough without medical advice.

Seek medical advice if your cough worsens or does not go away after 5 days.
