Propolis is a natural resin created by bees to build and protect their hives from diseases. Propolis is made from buds of conifer and poplar trees, beeswax and other bee secretions.
Historically, propolis was used to treat abscesses and heal wounds. Some evidence suggests that propolis and some of its components may stop the growth of Helicobacter pylori, the stomach ulcer causing bacteria.

Directions
