Directions
Adults - Take 1.9g (half a metric teaspoon) once per day after a meal or ad directed by a healthcare professional. Mix with water to make a tasty flavoured zinc drink. Close cap tightly after use.

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
