This didn't work as I wanted it was keeping the wound moist and not very breathable
I like show strechy and comfortable, the movement u can still obtain is awesome its not constricting

Ingredients
Active ingredients per 2 chewable tablets:
Propolis extract equivalent to 200mg of pure propolis
providing 15mg of propolis flavonoids
Also cotains the following tableting aids:
Cellulose-microcrystalline (bulking agent), isomalt (bulking agent), glyceryl monostearate (stabiliser), silicon dioxide (anticaking agent).
Directions
Adults - Take 4 - 8 tablets daily with food.
Warning
Propolis may cause severe allergic reactions. Do not use if you are allergic to propolis, bee stings, bee products or Balsam of Peru.
