BetterYou Magnesium Oil Joint spray can be used on any area of the body but is ideally suited for targeting problem joint areas.
Use 2-3 sprays per area, per application. The easiest way is to make it part of your morning and night time routine, but it can be used as and when you need relief during the course of the day.
After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Magnesium Oil Joint spray is suitable from 12 years of age, for children under 12 we recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray which does not contain essential oils. For the same reasons, we also recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray for during pregnancy and nursing.
