Directions
- Digest Assist is designed to be taken prior to eating to increase your digestive enzymes and support the breakdown of your food for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.
- Take 1x capsule before each main meal such as breakfast, lunch and dinner (up to 3x capsules daily).
This product is not recommended for the following:
- Those under the age of 12
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Currently have a history of (or current) Stomach ulcers
- You are taking PPI medications such as omeprazole
