Kiwiherb Children’s Throat Syrup contains certified organic Echinacea and Thyme, and has been formulated for children 0 - 12 years of age. This formula may assist in the management of upper respiratory tract infections, and reduce the severity and duration of colds. Naturally sweetened with Thyme and Manuka Honey.
Ingredients
Each 1ml contains certified organic herbal extracts equiv. to Thyme dried herb 40mg, Echinacea purpurea dried root 25mg, in a base of certified organic manuka honey and Thyme honey, purified water and palm-free vegetable glycerine, with natural orange and lemon flavour and citric acid.
Directions
Infants under 1 year: 4 drops to 20 drops (0.2ml to 1ml)
Children 1 year to 2 years: 1ml to 2ml
Children 3 years to 5 years: 2ml to 4ml
Children 6 years to 12 years: 5ml to 10ml
Take 3 times to 5 times daily.
Dilute in 30ml water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
Warnings
Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (eg chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction. A tingling or numbering sensation may occur in the month immediately after taking - this is normal and indicative of the quality & potency of Echinacea.
