Fenugreek is one of the world’s oldest medicinal herbs used traditionally by Egyptians, Greeks and Romans for health support and culinary purposes. It has a variety of uses, but most commonly it is used to support healthy breast milk flow during lactation.
Fenugreek contains various soothing mucilaginous constituents. Mucilage has a calming and soothing effect on the respiratory system, stomach and intestines and may decrease spasm in these areas.
Fenugreek also helps to support healthy blood sugar levels.

Fenugreek seed 610mg
Gelatin capsule. No gluten, dairy, artificial preservatives, flavourings or colours.
Adults - Take 2 capsules two to three times daily, preferably with food.
Not for use during pregnancy.
Use with caution in epileptics and young children.
Use with caution if diabetic or using hypoglycaemic or anticoagulant medications.
Not recommended for prolonged use.
