Optifast VLCD™ Chicken Soup is for the effective management of obesity. A full meal replacement and a good source of fibre, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids and high quality protein with no trans fats, which helps preserve lean body mass while you lose your fat stores.

Directions
Add 1 sachet of Optifast VLCD™ Chicken Soup to 200ml of hot water. Stir to dissolve. If desired, more water may be added. Alternatively, add one sachet to 200ml cold water, stir vigorously, cover and microwave on high for one minute, or heat gently on the stove whilst stirring.Replace all meals with three sachets (48g each) per day.
Additionally, consume at least 2 litres of calorie-free fluids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success.
One serve of Optifast VLCD™ Chicken Soup can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optifast VLCD™ range.
Warning
Take an additional 2 litres of calorie-free fluid each day.Unsuitable for use by pregnant of lactating women, infants, children, adolescents or people older than 65 years of age.Optifast VLCD™ is recommended to be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It is indicated for persons with a BMI>30 or a BMI>27 with medical complications associated with obesity such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure or non-insulin dependent diabetes.
