Mintec capsules contain peppermint oil, which is a natural, herbal antispasmodic. Many clinical studies have proven that Mintec is an effective natural agent for the treatment of the abdominal pain, wind, cramps and spasm associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). 

Mintec capsules are enteric coated so that they pass through the stomach and the first part of the bowel intact. This delays the release of the peppermint oil until the capsule reaches the part of the bowel that is causing the symptoms. Mintec acts directly to relax the muscle of the bowel, which relieves the abdominal pain, bloating and wind.

Ingredients

Active ingredient per enteric coated capsule
Peppermint oil 0.2ml

Directions

Adults - Take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed.

Swallow the capsule whole with water, preferably 30 minutes before meals.

Do not take capsules immediately after a meal.

Do not break or chew the capsules.
