Krill oil contains phospholipids which support the transport of omega-3 essential fatty acids into the cells giving greater absorption than regular fish oil. Omega-3 essential fatty acids support healthy brain function, focus and mental clarity.

Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant that is similar to beta-carotene. Astaxanthin contains the highest relative antioxidant activity when compared with alpha-tocopherol, alpha & beta-carotene, lutein and lycopene.
