When you place an order on our website, your sensitive personal and credit card information are encrypted so no one, not even our pharmacy staff members can read it. NO credit card information is stored on our system.

To confirm that your credit card details will be encrypted and transmitted securely on the check out page, look for the lock icon at the bottom of your browser and the web address changes from “http” to “https” when you are on any of the protected areas of our website, such as your personal information in “My Account” and “Checkout”. 

Please make sure that you sign out when you have finished using the website to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 

ibuy pharmacy server is protected by a firewall and housed in a secured premise with 24-hour CCTV monitoring and access by authorised staff only.

ibuy pharmacy has been audited to be PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. We use Payment Express, a Visa and MasterCard certified solution, developed by DPS for payment processing. DPS are certified with banks in Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Singapore, South Africe, USA and United Kingdom. NO credit card information is stored on our system
