This didn't work as I wanted it was keeping the wound moist and not very breathable

Directions
Add 1 sachet of Optifast VLCD™ Dessert Lemon Creme to 200ml of cold water and mix vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes preferably in a refrigerator. Store covered in refrigerator (<4°C). Use within 24 hours.
Replace all meals with three sachets (46g each) per day. Additionally, consume at least 2 litres of calorie-free fluids and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success.
One serve of Optifast VLCD™ Dessert Lemon Creme can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optifast VLCD™ range.
