Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cell membranes and other fat soluble parts of the body from damage. Vitamin E can also reduce the oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol therefore reducing the risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease.
Vitamin E may be applied both internally and directly onto the skin to improve wound healing and skin conditions such as dermatitis and eczema.
Vitamin E may ease PMS symptoms by reducing the production of prostaglandins. Over production of prostaglandins is responsible for cramps and breast tenderness.

Directions
Adults - Take 1 capsule daily with food or as professionally prescribed.
