Fenugreek contains various soothing mucilaginous constituents. Mucilage has a calming and soothing effect on the respiratory system, stomach and intestines and may decrease spasm in these areas.

Fenugreek seed                           610mg

Gelatin capsule. No gluten, dairy, artificial preservatives, flavourings or colours.

Directions

Adults - Take 2 capsules two to three times daily, preferably with food.

Warning

Not for use during pregnancy.

Use with caution in epileptics and young children.

Use with caution if diabetic or using hypoglycaemic or anticoagulant medications.

Not recommended for prolonged use.
