This didn't work as I wanted it was keeping the wound moist and not very breathable
I like show strechy and comfortable, the movement u can still obtain is awesome its not constricting

Directions
To prepare a 230ml serving, put 195ml of cold water in glass. Gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed) or 53.5g of Ensure powder, while stirring and mix until dissolved.
