This didn't work as I wanted it was keeping the wound moist and not very breathable
I like show strechy and comfortable, the movement u can still obtain is awesome its not constricting

Manuka Health’s Propolis is gathered by bees from plants in New Zealand’s pristine environment. BIO30™ New Zealand Propolis, used in this product, has very high bioflavonoid levels that have been independently certified to be at least 30mg/g (BIO30™). Ingredients
Each 2 capsules contains New Zealand Propolis extract 140mg (providing at least 30mg flavonoids, caffeates and CAPE). Also contains encapsulating aids, antioxidants, and capsule colouring. Contains soy oil.
Directions
Take up to 4 capsules a day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Propolis may cause severe allergic reactions.
Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
