Harmony Menopause Day and Night is a synergistic blend of herbs traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of menopause and promote a good night’s sleep.
The combination of herbs have been formulated to specifically address menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, mild anxiety and irritability, with the additional night support tablet where night sweats, sleeplessness and restless disturbed sleep are of major concern.

Also contains naturally derived excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, tablet coating-proprietary ingredient (Day tablet PI 4856, Night tablet PI 111403). Night tablet also contains calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate.
Directions
Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning.
Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner.
