This didn't work as I wanted it was keeping the wound moist and not very breathable
I like show strechy and comfortable, the movement u can still obtain is awesome its not constricting

Neat Feat Work Force Insole has a deep-cushioned heel cup with sides contoured to the shape of your foot and supported by a Nyloflex shell. The heel cup absorbs weight-bearing pressures. Arch support stabilizes and supports arch area to help hold foot in natural alignment and prevent arch from falling.
This insole features a Cartex Plush top covering which is odour-inhibiting, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal. The fabric’s porous fibres wick away sweat for better foot health and comfort.
Directions
Insert in shoes. Wear a few hours each day until feet adjust to correction. Then wear full time. Hand wash in warm water and mild soap. Air dry.
Trim to fit shoe as per guideline indicated on insole.
