I've previously used Systane Lid Wipes and I love having a solution that I can just massage with my fingers and wipe off with a cloth. I suffer from Blepharitis caused by Ocular Rosacea and it's been getting worse over the past couple of years, and I feel like this is really keeping it in check and my oil glands in good condition, avoiding the eye scratchiness/pain.
