Directions
Adults: Take 2 XLS-Medical Appetite Reducer tablets with a full glass of water 30 minutes before three main meals including meal replacement bar or shake daily. Just remember not to exceed more than 9 tablets a day and not to combine XLS-Medical Appetite Reducer with any other appetite reducing products.
To help control snacking, take a capsule in between meals with a full glass of water.
Appetite Reducer should always be accompanied by a healthy balanced diet. Also we recommend you to drink enough liquid throughout the day (2L).
Warnings
Do not take XLS Medical SPECIALIST Appetite Reducer during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, or if your BMI is below 18.5.
So this product had changed since I last got it. It's now 2 separate tunes and you apply one first and leave it, then wipe off and apply the 2nd. I think it's harder to get it right with this method. Results were a bit too much dye past the outlines of my eyebrows which took a few days to subside. Now it looks great. Will have to get used to this different design and how I can make it work for me. I prefer a lighter treatment.
