Discovered by Dr Bach in the 1930s, Rescue Remedy has been traditionally used to relieve feelings of anxiety, nervous tension, stress, agitation or despair. Its gentle action works with your body to help restore a positive mood and provide a sense of focus and calm.
Rescue Remedy is a combination of five of the Bach Flower Remedies:
- Star of Bethlehem - Shock (physical, mental or emotional).
- Rock Rose - Terror or panic.
- Clematis - Inattention.
- Cherry plum - Fear of losing control.

Sugar substitute (sorbitol, maltrol, isomalt), gelling agent (gum arabic), natural flavour (blackcurrant), natural colors (extract of red cabbage, elder black carrot), sweetener (xylitol), vegetable oil, glazing agent (vegetable oil, beeswax), flower essences (Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glanduliefra, Prunus cerasifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum (Rescue™ 4%).
