Directions
Adults: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily or as directed. Radiance Liposomal Magnesium easily disperses in liquid, so can be added to any cold beverage.
Children: Take half the adult dose
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening.
Warnings
Magnesium should be taken at least 2 hours before or after prescription medications, in particular tetracycline antibiotics.
May cause diarrhoea with excessive dosing.
