Flo Travel Nasal Spray is a gentle, moisturising nasal spray containing Carrageenan (1.6mg/mL of red seaweed extract) in an isotonic and preservative-free saline solution. It helps relieve nasal dryness and wash away germs. It has also been shown to temporarily relieve and reduce the duration of cold symptoms.

If the mucus layer that covers nasal tissues is kept moist, then viruses, bacteria and other irritants are trapped and carried to the back of the throat, swallowed and then destroyed by the stomach’s acids. This is a normal and natural process.
When travelling by plane or in air-conditioned environments, we are exposed to lower humidity and temperatures. This may affect nasal function. Cooler temperatures slow down mucus transportation in the nose and low humidity can dry it out. However, planes are fitted with very efficient air filtration systems, which can extract many common viruses.
Exposure to viruses is more likely when passengers exit the plane and enter places where the air filtration systems are less effective e.g. airports, on public transport, in hotels or offices.

Directions
Use 3 times per day or more often if needed for the duration of travel.
Adults and children over 12 years: Up to 2 sprays per nostril.
Children over 2 years of age: 1 spray per nostril.
Use more frequently to relieve nasal dryness if required.
May be used in pregnancy and if breast feeding.
FLO Travel has an expiry date which can be found on the carton and also no the bottle label. Do not use the product after this expiry date.
Due to its special filter system, the solution remains sterile even after repeated use. Discard 12 months after date of first use.
FLO Travel is non-medicated and can be used in combination with other nasal medication.
It is recommended to use FLO Travel 20 minutes after the administration of any medicated nasal spray.
So this product had changed since I last got it. It's now 2 separate tunes and you apply one first and leave it, then wipe off and apply the 2nd. I think it's harder to get it right with this method. Results were a bit too much dye past the outlines of my eyebrows which took a few days to subside. Now it looks great. Will have to get used to this different design and how I can make it work for me. I prefer a lighter treatment.
