Directions
Adults - 1 tablet daily with meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Not suitable for children under 15 years.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Warning
The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. When taken in excess of 8000IU vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Selenium is toxic in high doses. Selenium in dietary supplements should not exceed a daily dose of 100mcg.
