The magnesium chloride concentration is 31-32%, perfectly stable to avoid recrystalising. Directions
BetterYou Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray can be applied to any area of the body.
To aid with restful sleep apply between five and ten sprays every evening and gently massage for optimum absorption. Try to use at least half an hour before retiring. Solution can be re-applied if sleep is disturbed due to muscle discomfort.
Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray is suitable from 12 years of age, for children under 12 we recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray which does not contain essential oils. For the same reasons, we also recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray for during pregnancy and nursing.
A tingling sensation is natural upon first application and is a sign of magnesium deficiency; this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase.
