Total Care 1 contact lens solution is a multi-purpose solution that cleans, rinses, disinfects, and stores hard and rigid gas permeable lenses.
Total Care 1 contact lens solution contain 2 lubricants, HPMC and Tyloxapol to moistern and rewet the contact lenses.
HPMC - enhances viscosity and forms a moisture lock protection layer on the lens. This keeps the moisture in, maintaining the tear film integrity.
Tyloxapol - besides being a surfactant, it is a lubricant which can rewet and lubricate the lens.

Totalcare 1 is a sterile, buffered isotonic solution containing purified water, tromethamine, sodium chloride, HPMC (Hypromellose), edetate disodium, tyloxapol and PHMB (Polyhexamethylene biguanide) 0.0001%.
