This didn't work as I wanted it was keeping the wound moist and not very breathable
I like show strechy and comfortable, the movement u can still obtain is awesome its not constricting

Directions
Adults - 1 to 2 tablets daily with food or as professionally prescribed.
Additional supplementation with vitamin C such as Blackmores Bio C 1000mg or Good Health Viralex can further help to boost the immune system and reduce the severity and duration of colds.
Children 4 - 15 years - We recommend Thompsons Junior Immunofort Chewable Tablets.
Warning
When taken in excess of 8000IU, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considreing to become pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Thompsons Immunofort contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for children under 15 years.
