- Avoid the sun between 11am - 4pm.
- Use shade when possible.

Directions
Apply sunscreen generously to dry skin at least 15 minutes before gonig out into the sun or swimming. Re-apply frequently to dry skin after exercise, perspiration, towelling, swimming, etc.
An average sized adult is recommended to apply 1 teaspoon of sunscreen to each arm, leg, front of body and back of body, and 1/2 teaspoon to the face (including the ears and neck).
Warning
Avoid contact with the eyes.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Test this product for any skin irritation on a small area of skin. If a persistent skin irritation develops, or if swallowed, seek medical advice.
This product may stain fabrics.
