Lid-Care extra gentle cleanser is specifically designed to be used as a convenient, gentle eyelid cleanser. Excellent for make-up removal, Lid-Care is pH-balanced and hypoallergenic, so it will not sting or burn when used to maintain eyelid hygiene, which is very important for contact lens wearers and patients with blepharitis.
With its unique microbubble lather, Lid-Care is effective in removing debris and make-up from the eyelids.
Directions
Fold Lid-Care cleansing pads and rub it until the liquid foams. Using a well lit mirror, gently pull the lower eyelid downwards so that the eyelid margin is not touching the eye ball.
Wipe gently several times over the eyelid margin and the roots of the eyelashes, taking care not to touch the eyeball with the pad or your fingers.
DO NOT wipe along the inner eyelid.
Repeat for the upper eyelid.
Throw the used pad away.
Close the eye and rub the upper and lower eyelid and lashes with a new Lid-Care cleansing pad. Discard the used pad.
Repeat the above procedures for the second eye.
Rinse your closed eye with warm water and dab it dry.
Warning
If you experience the following symptoms, stop using Lid-Care and consult your eye care specialist.
- Swelling of the eyelids (signs of an allergic reaction),
- Excessive itching, redness, swelling or persistent irritation.
If Lid-Care makes direct contact with the eye, some users may experience slight stinging.
