Directions
At bedtime, shake the can vigorously. First, spray the back of the throat well for 1 second. Swallow. Then spray a second time for 1 second. Swallow again.
Silence Anti Snoring Spray could be affected by the consumption of alcohol. If you have consumed alcohol, drink a glass of water to rinse your throat, before using this product.
